We’re always delighted to help with any questions on our products. Please do not contact us to ask “is this a meteorite”. There are many excellent resources online to help you find out if something you have found is one, including our own guide book as an e-download.
SALES
We offer the option to pay by cheque for UK customers. Please email us for details on this and allow 3-5 days for any personal cheques to clear. We also offer Paypal payments for any credit card. So you do not need a PayPal account, as you can check out as a guest with just your card details. The PayPal system is fully PCI compliant and we do not retain or hold any of your card details. It is also one of the most secure payment methods available online.
OVERSEAS BUYERS PLEASE NOTE
If you are purchasing from overseas we recommend using our PayPal option as this offers you an additional level of buyer security . Note we will only ship orders overseas with International Track/Signed for and insured postage. This typically costs about £12/$16. UK orders we recommend you select the insured option also for any order over £50. This is a cost of £8.75. INSURANCE
We offer insured delivery on all items, this is recommended for any purchase above £50 in the UK. If any item arrives damaged with you, we will offer a refund in full on your purchase. The refund will not include postage costs and you will need to return the item to us via whatever postal means you wish (we recommend tracked) before a refund may be issued.
PURCHASING
We have many trusted supply chains for common items and also we go out on our own hunts, around the globe, in our quest to bring you the very best examples of meteorites. If however, you do have a meteorite, possibly of historic significance that you wish to sell to us, please contact us via email and we will be glad to discuss this with you.
